Information Notice

Thermowatt TMEC Wi-Fi and TMEC3E Wi-Fi product ranges produce and transfer the following data on:

User settings

Setting of set points (including end user's temperature settings).
Setting working modes (including manual, AUTO / programming, ECO, holiday, OFF).

Operating data and Working time

Value of sensors (including measured temperatures).
Status variables (including heating cycles and duration, water withdrawals, antibacterial function activation, Wi-Fi signal strength, ...).

Data characteristics

Type: User settings, operating data and working time.
Frequency and mode of collection: In real time and continuously once per hour.
Format: ".xlsx".
Volume: 2MB/month average generated per user.
Deletion: Data are automatically deleted two years after generation and when the user unsubscribes from the related service. Data deletion can be requested at info.connectivity@thermowatt.com .
Retention: Data of the last 2 years are retained in the cloud from the time the product is registered.
How to access data: Within the app, through the dedicated “INFO” -> “System statistics” section. The data are available to users who request them in the commonly used ".xlsx" formats.
